Jets GM when asked if Darnold was their first choice said he cant reveal where he rated the qb's... not once but twice lol hardly going out of his way to pump up Darnold.

why take an RB with pick 1, they have short careers and you can regularly find good ones later in the draft? Look at Kareem Hunt last year, fine with passing on Saquon and taking Nick Chubb at 35 instead. Hyde and Duke Johnson are already on the roster too.

Bradley Chubb probably a better prospect than Denzel Ward and would have been really nice paired with Garrett but I don't mind a buckeye joining the Browns and also in a position of need, hopefully he becomes a top corner. Wasn't a huge reach.

Yes It does sound like Donald was not there Number 1 Choice and They Traded up for Mayfield. Which I expected they where doing when they 1st Moved Up.

Sure, they could trade back with a team intent on taking a QB, but staying put and taking Bosa makes a lot of sense.

Bosa, Chandler Jones and Patrick Peterson is a damned good start to a defence.
