Yeah, think I'll end up getting this. They have MK8 for $58 too which is good.

One thing I'm still unsure about, so the storage on the basic won't be enough to download the game I'll redeem as part of the MK8 promotion?
Should be enough, I grabbed Mario Bros U (as it's the only thing I cared to grab) and that's around 2GB, just snuck in.

Will be setting up a proper external drive at some point in the future.

Bit of a shit, tried to buy the $279 bundle with mk8 from eb last week, but sold out everywhere and apparently the deal has finished as well. Leads to the frustrating point of Big W selling both 8 and 32gb systems for way cheaper soon but having heaps on an eb gift card I want to use up...

If they are offering an option on the 32gb system you could try getting them to price match it.

I think the best thing about Nintendo;s E3 Showing is that its gameplay footage, rather then just short purposely made demo's like Microsoft and Sony trot out

Yeah had thought about trying that but it requires stock which goes against my chances, other option was to see if they would price match Big W's current price on the Mario and Luigi pack, but realistically you're paying $150+ for 24gb of storage and a few plastic stands...

Anyone in Vic trying for the Wii U Skylanders pack for $198 will be hard pressed to find it.

I've searched a few stores and none have stock.
Eb games don't have stock to price match, nor do JB HiFi.

Try here for Premium Wii U for $300

Hmmm, I was gonna try for the MK8 pack at Big W which starts tomorrow night for 378, could just grab that pack above from Toys R Us and get MK8 for $58 from Big W

It went on sale over a week early, bolted out to Eastland and scored the 8gb + Skylanders + Nintendoland for $198, then got ebgames to pricematch MK8 for $58 to use some of my gift card.

I went searching yesterday to try find a copy and put it on layby to then purchase when the sale started.

No luck though - well done on finding a copy.

I spent my lunch break searching a few stores, but too far away to get to in an hour.
