Question is now is how much actual battlefield aid gets to Ukraine, what it is, when it arrives and how much impact it makes.

I'm not sure the answer is that encouraging for Kyiv on any beyond they will likely get some stuff within days/weeks that's been prepped and waiting.

This is amazing doublethink mate. Even though he just pushed through the support for Ukraine and is now talking about how UKraine is a core US national security interest, he's still not pro-Ukraine.

I agree he's not hardcore pro-Ukraine though, it is transactional. But he's not pro-Russia, pro-US or pro-anyone except Trump.

He learned the lesson of the bullshit impeachment in 2019 when the Ukranian traitor agent Vindman, now trying to get elected as a Democrat, b rought bthe full weight of the security state down on him for bungling his way into the war preparartions.

Trump understands Ukraine is a long term US imperial goal that transcends party, elections or democracy itself.

And yes, I think that massive spending on weapons for imperial war when domestic concerns are so pressing is disgusting.

Quick question - when life expectancy is dropping in both the UK and US, when diseases like rickets are making a comeback, do you support sending endless billions to prolong a war in eastern Europe.
