The counter offensive in the south heating up even further. Russians saying yesterday was the most intense battle of the whole war, they were throwing everything at the Ukranian attack ... including massed use of thermobarics ... and the Ukrainians kept coming. Absolute slaughter.

everything is so far away from reality in this, I think nato will push to have more boots on the ground from willing nations.
Which is an absurd position to take, it’s a do the same thing an expect a different result type scenario.
 
I doubt the US wants to go toe to toie with Russia even via NATO.

They want to bleed them like they did in Afghanistan 40 years ago.

Thankfully that worked really well and there were no unforseen consequences.

yeah you don't "pause" offensives, you lose the ability to continue them.

all that talk of peace and being the one to initiate it, yeah you could imagine why people don’t want him anywhere near the WH.

Ukrainians apparently just hit bridges connecting Crimea with the mainland (near Kherson, not the Kerch Strait Bridge) using Brit supplied missiles.

Let's see what the Russian reaction will be.
