I’m not spinning it for Putin. He said they’re be punished and they weren’t. Everyone comes away looking weak. Not sure it makes a difference with anything.

My bad, I didn’t mean you were spinning it, more so the mutiny/insurrection was still important, even if it doesn’t appear so to the average viewer.I’m not spinning it for Putin. Well I think this is suitable for certain people here.
Don't forget that they actually took TWO major cities, and reportedly caused Putin and multiple high-level government officials to flee Moscow which makes them lose face, too.
They can deny this happened, and I'm sure they will, but the data and reliable reports are out there for all to see.
Shocking, isn't it?
I really really hope no one here had been using this thread as their main way of staying informed about the conflict, because it has been absolutely dominated by pro-Russian propaganda, with a notable 6 month~ gap.
Maybe significant but it is terrible for Ukraine all things considered.Strongly disagree.
This was extremely destabilising for Russia and damaging for Putin.
This was hugely significant. Laugh at anyone who tries to suggest otherwise.
This is moronic.
Every other war this century involving a major power has been won by guerillas fighting asymetrically and the same thing would have happened in Ukraine. Instead drawing out this war has only benefited Russia and western arms manufacturers.
Appear weak when you are strong..For sure, but you just had your own mercenary group seize one of your own cities, shoot down several helicopters, get within 200km of Moscow, then have Putin call Wagner traitors and then fully clear them after Belarus’ leader negotiates a deal (likely under Putin’s direction). All within 24 hours.
No matter how you spin it, this exercise in ‘gangland politics’ has made Putin appear incredibly reactive and weak, and had an overt destabilising effect during wartime.
Could be a huge risk too. They might become buddy's and plot overthrow of the Russian leadership from a safe distance.“Exiled” Straight into the arms of a Putin Bestie?
There is a 7.62mm getting a name engraved in preparation
Interesting but realistically every country has its controversial figures
So they're Nazi sympathisers. That prick was a Nazi.Interesting but realistically every country has its controversial figures and was a mistake by Euromaiden to do that. Hell Australias RSL has bestowed honours on people who were collaborators and I don't think they've corrected that mistake.

Nazi-hunter calls on RSL to stop honouring SS-led Nazi collaborators on ANZAC Day
Nazis are alive and well in Australia, so much so that they are welcome to march in Australia’s famous ANZAC Day parade. Documents published by thewww.nationaltribune.com.au
So that makes it okay for Euromaidan Press to glorify a genocidal campaigner? And every army attracts hardcore fascists. Even Australia's:
