Through some of those coaches time they have had just as much onfield talent as they do right now and yet the coach has been obliterated in the process. They have gone for practically every style of coach too.

Carlton are a factional joint. when a faction gets a hold of the power they change sh*t and oust coaches. Then other factions whiteant them to get power and rinse and repeat.

I completely agree with that last point, no club has the severe factions like them
List is in better condition than the alternatives and given minor tweaks you could actually get them playing a pretty good game
