I completely agree with that last point, no club has the severe factions like them
List is in better condition than the alternatives and given minor tweaks you could actually get them playing a pretty good game
Not disagreeing completely with it, just think Lyon would be the man to actually do something there, not sure throwing Voss etc in there will change anything

The problem as I see it with someone like Lyon (or Clarko tbh) is that they would need to be the guy. Things done their way. In the Carlton set up this would be future dating a large cheque that the factions will call on when it falls due.

Not to mention the expectations that would be placed on him. How long would he get without expectations? Teague got a year and is an unproven coach.

Personally I hope they appoint Buckley, for the lols of it.
