This is pretty special regardless of the result. Hopefully the powers up top are watching.
Tonga need to be given tier 1 status.
This team is the real deal.

Really enjoyable contest. Poor completion in the first half really cost Tonga, Taukeiaho and Ofahengaue were just immense.

The match was pretty good but the atmosphere was something special. One of the great occasions in sport. The performance of Tonga warranted promotion to Tier 1, they are building a very good side.

Oh to be able to have our match officials in charge of our games for a change.

Really dumb call on the penalty try. Clearly held up and was never going to score. Penalty and no more. Clear missed knock on just prior to that try too. Gave up the rest after that.

No wonder so many Kiwis league fans turn to the All Blacks. At least they always play on a level playing field.

Slight correction all blacks don't play on a level playing field. Everything goes in there favour.

Is that you, Phil?

Interesting to see them as the 2nd most side to receive yellow and red cards in the last two years. Must be all those things that go in their favour.

Ritchie McCaw used to lay all over the rock and never got penalised.

What about that pathetic yellow card yesterday
