And yet you lot love cricket and that's just as much stop/start.

I just love sports. American/European/Australian, it doesn't matter to me.

The only one I can't really get into is ice hockey.
Ice hockey is a weird one, you can't even see the damn puck.

I find most sports are great to play, but only a select few are fun to watch. It's like the Olympics, you wouldn't watch those sports if they were happening in your back garden, but once every four years we suddenly become rowing, cycling and Judo experts. I'm not a big fan of cricket (never played it) but I will get right into the ashes. I don't really care about cricket at any other time. I do like Rugby Union (the first sport I played outside school as a kid) and I will watch international rugby but it doesn't stack up to watching football. Football is the sport where you can appreciate the skill factor as much as much as the physicality/speed etc. It's on a different level to all other sports in terms of viewing

Whats he paying?

I doubt it, wont get enough media attention plus Curry, Durant, Lebron ahead
$34's.

I agree, Portland would probably need to finish top 2. Curry/Durant will be competing hard against each other and I expect LeBron's minutes will continue to come down this season.

Gotta pick and choose carefully shows now, don't have enough time to sit down and just binge stuff.
Yeah I'm knocking off a few episodes a night because I can't seem to sleep until 1-2 these days for some reason. And before you say it's because I'm watching all this stuff, I'll put the computer away pretty early but still be wide awake, so I end up watching things and generally end up falling asleep to them after a while.

Odd that you're having trouble sleeping. They say put electronics away half an hour before you want to sleep so your brain can 'switch off'.

We watched one ep of Designated Survivor, other half liked (and watched another ep), I wasn't that big on it.

We've been watching the Lifestyle Channel a lot - all those shows that show houses I can only ever dream of affording, in places I would love to go at the drop of a hat. And a few of those fixer upper shows (not the Block). I find them to be quite relaxing and enjoyable.

San Antonio Spurs fan here!!

Think we'll again be consistent but the west will be tough, GSW are going to be so strong this season.

And I mentioned earlier I started watching LOST, have been binge watching, season 1&2 are awesome, some of the best viewing but I know why people fell off it back when it was on around season 4-5, show gets really weird, so many questions, my mates has already sort of told me how it ends, fair to say you become lost when watching the show.

Yeah I guess so. It does annoy me how short the season is, particularly if your team starts poorly. Season can be over 3 weeks into a season which sucks.

What's the story with the Bengals guy?
The bengals guy is a very dirty player gets fined abd suspended a lot

Game is to physically demanding for a longer season. Goodell has been trying to increase the length of the season for years.

The Bengals LB tried to take out Gronks knee and Bennetts twice off the ball last week. Does it every week but the NFL don't really care about player safety.
