I'll give it a go, but man... some rough stuff in that first episode.

Stick with it mate, the first half of season one is like a teen drama, a poorly written one at that. But then it just seems to get better and better and by the end of season two it get pretty heavy with some dark themes. Tough questions get asked.

It's turn around from it's beginnings is actually extraordinary.

I looked it up, and Ep 3 is the first time it gets pretty decent

I should clarify, by service I mean customer service, however, if the service is running fine, you don't need to contact them so there is no issues.
