I dunno, our broker is dealing with all that stuff. But from what I understand, he contacts the bank, then the valuer comes out and values it etc.

Had our defects inspection - very pleased with how everything went. There were only minor issues, mainly paint chips, a few minor dints in the wall and some grout not done properly. The finishes foreman was great and was more than happy to help us out.
The site manager and himself also said let's talk about our carspace. We said great, let's do it. They then say, oh so you've got a stacker. We explained our contract stipulated we are not having a stacker but a carspace. Agent didn't tell them. Call our solicitor, said show them the contract and go from there.
I don't think there is much they can do as they are just following plans.
Solicitor might be having a few stern words with some people

Defend it? Why would I want to. Garpax are ****ing morons.
Like what did that achieve. If we're blowing it up then trade Jimmy. But that trade just makes zero sense. I havent even read anything along the lines of a salary to chase FA's in the summer.
The only explanation I heard was that they wanted to give more minutes to Portis and Valentine.

Yeah it's good stuff. I've been thrashing the new Ryan Adams at the moment. He's possibly someone you will like. The new album seems to be about his divorce from Mandy Moore.
