So I pulled my neck muscle sleeping during the week (which sucked). As a result of that, the other side of my neck has been working overtime apparently.
Anyway, yesterday as I was standing, doing nothing, the most immense pain shot straight down my neck and into my shoulder. Turns out I've got wry neck because of the pulled muscle midweek. It's honestly the worst pain I've experienced. It won't go away - basically I cannot turn or tilt my head to the left without feeling severe pain through my neck/shoulder. I can't really move my right arm too much because that sets my neck off as well so even the most basic things are becoming, well a real pain in the neck!
Have to go see a physio tomorrow - supposedly they can fix it somewhat. I ****ing hope so!
