Thankfully enough people saw it differently to vote him in. At this point, pretty much anyone who is anyone consider him something of a pariah, so not sure how that adds up with your post.
They saw it differently because the people who voted for him were the white, uneducated masses who bought his BS propoganda. They are going to be thoroughly disappointed by the end of his term when it becomes clear that his motives and political agenda are not what he said they were. He played them like a fiddle.

Jesus Christ, it's like talking to a brick wall. No one is suggesting Trump is part of the political establishment, what is being suggested is he is happy to continue it with the appointments he's made, and as he is part of the financial elite, the bringing together of the two and creating a new monster is concerning in and of itself and is in no way, shape or form anti-establishment.
Alright mate don't lose your rag (not that you're ever capable of not).

Again, you've said nothing new in your post and anything to refute my claim that he is outside the political elite. So let's end it there because you're getting all indignant again

Actually white people across the spectrum voted for him. But typical of the left to turn into an argument along the lines of intelligence (another part of the reason why they are becoming so hated and are now losing).

And as I said all along, let's wait and see what happens eh rather than making rash predictions

You keep insisting you know what the debate is about and yet you've just shown it's going completely over your head.

No more that I'm not engaging with someone who starts frothing at the mouth and sprouting hairs all over his body when you disagree with him. Learn to control your temper

Lol my temper isn't an issue as I'm not worked up. The "Jesus Christ... brick wall" comment was out of exasperation not anger.

I understand completely what you are saying, but I don't agree with it. Is that so hard for you to understand?

As you have continually repeated false interpretations of both my and Elahadji's points of discussion, I really don't think you do. So asking me if I have comprehension issues is more than a little ironic.

The total amount of white voters that voted for Trump was almost identical to that who voted for Romney 4 years earlier. The biggest swing from previous was non-college educated whites voting for Trump. That's largely what won him the election.

No I was just explaining to you how I see it. Don't get so worked up when people have a different opnion to your own. This is the snowflake generation in full effect, completely unable to not have it all their own way because unfortunately they've been conditioned through social engineering that way. Completely ill-equipped for a life of hard knocks

Again, I'm not worked up, the only one with spittle flying at the moment seems to be you, who is incredibly upset that we don't think Trump is the bee's knees. We don't have to 'wait and see' he's already passing/reversing legislation. It's happening right now.

And you then decide to put down people who don't agree with your point of view, and then point out how we get angry if we try and respond to your insults. This was my original point which you claimed wasn't relevant.

Also can someone explain where 'snowflake' as an insult came from and what it refers to? Snowflakes are all unique, is it meant to be mocking of the fact that there's a lot of gender-identity politics emerging?

Almost a facist sensibility i.e those votes that came from people with a lessser education mean less. How hyporcritical but that's the left for you

Don't think the suggestion is that people with a lesser education should count as less of a person, more just pointing out that people who have a lack of knowledge about politics have been caught up in Trump's rhetoric. Interesting you compare it to fascism...

Also probably worth pointing out for I don't know how many times it's been, that Trump received less votes than Romney 4 years prior.

Im not angry that you don't support Trump, I'm not fully behind him either. You're more than entitled to your view, just try and express it in a more dignified manner that's all :)

Only one person here has offered any sort of insulting rhetoric, and it's certainly not me.

So you are answering for him now are you. Jolly good, didn't know you were a mind reader as well.

Again your notion that those who have been caught up in Trumps rhetoric is all assuming. How do you know what those people thought? And one can argue, that not being brainwashed by the leftist intelligentsia that exists at university campuses gives them a clarity of thought that those who did go do not have. Going to university doesn't mean anything these days anyway, the majority of degrees are pointless and just taken by people who want to have three more years of fun - but that's another matter.

lol I give up dude, you consistency misunderstand people's post based on your own closed minded views and it's completely pointless trying to have a discussion with you. I'm out, enjoy your anti-establishment president.

Sorry, I mistook this as a discussion forum.

"Who knows what they thought" you say before proceeding to guess at what they think.
