My physio put me onto it (because she teaches the class). Her in a yoga outfit is just sublime. It's worth going through the yoga shit just for that haha.

I'm about 75 pages in. Very easy read, but it's very enjoyable, and as a United fan I reckon you'd like it even more than me.

Him and Phil were gun cricketers as kids. Him and Matthew Hayden made a 200+ run partnership in u15s or something.

Tbh if they're buying $800k apartments in Sydney and Melbourne because it's cheaper than HK that's not really having that much impact on first time buyers as they're not in the market for those anyway. And with the amount going up in Melbourne there's not going to be a shortage of supply of apartments in the state so can't see the prices soaring in that market

Won't work with Vegas being a holiday / party city. Similar thing with Gold Coast sporting teams over here, they just don't work.

She beats me up in physio though haha. I'm getting a giant needle put into my rotator cuff and she's trying to realign my rib cage, which has unfortunately left me bruised up the side of my ribs haha. Fun times!
