A little bit meh, but I'll give it a few more listens. Couple of decent songs.

Unsurprisingly another mass shooting in the US.

It's just normal now which is a massive concern for that country.

Of course more prayers and thoughts were given out. Flags flown at half mast and condolences from the President. And of course right now isnt the time to talk about gun control, because we have to be respectful of the victims etc and so on.

Then in a couple of weeks. Someone else will kill a ton of people in another mass shooting.

Anyone on here got much experience dealing with landlords/property managers? It's actually more of a legal question really. If a previous property manager agrees to a refund on something and in writing says the landlord approves it but a new property manager starts and doesn't believe the conversation ever happened between property manager & landlord

Guns don’t kill people. People kill people will be the excuse.

The country that saw a former, beloved President assassinated and they did nothing about gun contrl. No ****s are ever given. Such a shame.

Current property manager is throwing the previous one under the bus saying it may have not been agreed by the owner. I've got it in writing from their employee with their company email signature so I'll 100% fight my case on it. Just wondering what I need to say basically to get my way

Can't you threaten to call an ombudsman or the like? Surely that will change their mind quick smart?

Personally I don't think they've got a leg to stand on. But they've stalled already for a week on the matter. Just starting to get sick of waiting and don't want to have to fight them for it but I will if I have to

Just call them and say you have it in writing and if they won't be cooperative you'll go to the ombudsman.

Spoke to them today after radio silence for a week on email. She said she's just following up whether it was actually agreed with the owner. I'll give her until Tuesday to finalise it before I go down that path

I can’t say how they can squeeze out of this JD, you’ve got it in writing. Irrespective of the change in manager. They surely have to honour it.

Perhaps tell them that they’ve got until close of business by say next Wednesday until you lodge a complaint formally. Or something to that effect. That will usually get them out of the stalling stage.

I would say expect a call from Consumer Affairs some time on Monday.

Then you could say if the issue isn't sorted by midday Monday you'll also be going to ACA to say this company is ripping off their clientele of deserved money.

Not sure why they needed to shoot him. Wasnt he weilding a knife. Surely a quick taser would have brought him down pretty easy.

Yes, one of the victims.

Dude, he was lunging at police officers with a knife and was very close to getting them. Like I said, surprised they did not shoot him sooner.
