Horrible fire in London, hope no one here is affected by it.
I've seen this product installed on hundreds of building sites in Melbourne and Sydney, I've personally overseen it installed and have been in rooms where developers and builders have opted for the non FR alternative.

I know people on here have recently bought apartments, I'd be making sure you get some data sheets from your developer on the EXACT products used on your construction, because light weight composite cladding has pretty much been installed on every high rise in the last 15 years. There's good ones and there's flammable Chinese ones, as was the case in London and the Docklands site last year.

It's not something to **** around with, if you have the cheap Chinese alternative, I'd be talking to a solicitor.

Have you given Lorde's new one a listen? Apparently better than her first which intrigues me given how much of a disappointment Green Light was.
I did yesterday but I was "working" at uni at the same time so I didn't pay much attention.
Will have to give it another listen but it was alright I think.

Yeah I havent seen it either. The cringey type of comedy I saw on the trailors have put me off it. But my friends re-assure me its a goodie. Maybe one day.
