Funnily enough that was the only time I'd seen Carlton play there in that time. Terrible night, was raining heavily all game, Judd was the difference.

I can't even stand watching neutral games there. Just a terrible spectacle.

Fair enough, like I said, took a pom and he adored the ground. Mate was there with another pom who also absolutely loved it. Guess it isn't for everyone.

6. Gabba
7. AAMI Stadium
8. Manuka Oval
9. Selhurst Park

*When there's a good crowd, ie. Freo Prelim in 06 I went to, some Collingwood games. When it's like the 03 (or was it 04?) Elim vs Eagles in rain, I'd have it bellow Gabba and AAMI.

If the MCG knocked down the GSS and upgraded it to the levels of the Ponsford/MCC/Olympic I'd put it in the same breath of Adelaide Oval/Emirates Stadium. But until that happens, distant 3rd to me and #2 in Australia.

While maintaining the history and charm of the oval.
