If I'm paying $100 for a game, and then the next day I come in and another game is now $110, I will still buy it. The proportional increase is not so great that I will no longer be able to afford it. You have a very poor grasp of economics if you think otherwise. If it is a large proportional increase, then sure, you'll get a lot less people coming. But hey, no Uni/business is going to increase price above the optimal supply/demand price are they?

You haven't stated a fact, you've stated an opinion. Show me evidence that unis are concerned about internationals dropping out of courses and I'll be inclined to agree you, but until that happens I'll stick to what I've observed for myself, which is that internationals by and large can afford and will pay more for uni degrees. Deregulating education isn't necessarily a bad thing if it leads to legitimate competition between universities, although whether that actually happens remains to be seen.

If I charge a certain rate for someone to buy something, then I suddenly charge 30% more, you would naturally get a decrease in customers. Coz consumers aren't dumb like you.
