The game two weeks ago, when we were leading, was thinking, this is good, Rioli at half back, hope he stays there for his entire career. Then he got thrown forward and wins it, FFS

Yeah exactly. You build up numbers in the lefthand column and then swipe down to clear, takes a touch of luck based on where the numbers generate, but very effective.

We could've drafted a lot of very good players with top picks over past 10-15 years, we **** those picks up in general

We're good with the mid range and rookie draft picks though, but that only gets you so far

But seriously I still dunno what they were smoking when they didn't draft Cyril, he wants us to pick him, we said we'd pick him, then Myers. I like Myers, but he's no Cyril

In contrast, Hawthorn's drafting for the past 10 years have been ridiculous

I just hold down up until there's nothing left, then go left/right (whichever is best) then once all 32 are full, play properly.

90% of the time I get to 512, 40% of the time I got to 1024.

Nah don't trust that way, much better doing it my way as you have far more chance of going a lot further.

Just needs to eradicate that completely from his game. Doesn't even need to do it. Is actually a very good tackler but this trait has seemed to emerge over the last 12 months.

Its actually a new low, I kept expecting Carlton to hit back but they never did. Serious rebuild could be on the cards.

It's probably sad but I never expected the lads would come back at all. Just a terribly inept squad void of confidence atm.

I think the rebuild has been on the cards for over a week.

Paying the price for having a terrible recruiter and an old squad. Going to be a long couple of years as a blues fan

His attributes arent super top drawer though. Having said that, Sterling's are very poor but he scores and assists for fun. I bought kinda small in the offseason. Ward-Prowse for 17m, Konoplyanka for 12m. That was about my budget as I only got given about 40m. Also got in Ander Herrera for about 14m.

Now I have CL money too though so im hoping next year im just gonna go the top up with one player routine and buy someone for 60m. Maybe Draxler.

Yeah that's what I thought too, but his pace is lethal, and he scores quite a few goals. I trained him on his passing heavily (was at 10, it's up to 14 now), and with regular game time, his stats will improve. For 4m, I was never gonna say no. Still at my club at the start of my fifth season. He's good for depth.

Draxler's buyout is 38m. He is worth every penny.

No chance of Malthouse losing his job. And rightly so, he wasn't the one that kicked 7.16 yesterday.

This is all on the playing group, they've already had one coach sacked. Time to get rid of half the squad and start fresh.
