I can only get into NFL and NBA come playoff time for some reason. It's not even season length because NFL is less than 16 weeks long. Real glad Durant got MVP was drafted to my original team the Supersonics and have jumped on the ThunderUp bandwagon last few seasons

Honestly the superlatives being thrown around are bordering on ridiculous. So they lied about the cuts to health and education - which technically is actually debatable given the Health Research grant - shocking.

Also, there are no immediate cuts except to foreign aid - and that's not a cut, that's just a cut in the increase. None of the 'hard times' come until after the next election. So you know when Tone said that he wouldn't make any cuts without taking it to the election? That actually wasn't a lie. If Labor wins the next election they can do what they want.

Sorry I didn't realise that raise to the pension age was applicable from today. My mistake.

Probably fair enough assessment on the whole. The cuts to ABC and SBS are pretty slack. Lower class people will find it tough to begin with, but it's about developing a culture of getting people into work or training. I believe there are measures in place for people unable to get work.

I have a system of beliefs and don't sit on the fence. What a crazy moral code I have built myself.

You think that spending nothing on defense is reasonable? I think the figure is 1% of our GDP is spent on defense. I don't see the big deal with that.

The budget was ****ed under Labor, Libs said they'd fix it, and of course they won't do much. It's pretty ****ed now, which is all I could say about it. Anything more would be depressing and tiresome
