I am aware. At Big Day Out someone had a Leicester flag the other year and a chant of "**** off Leicester" started up. Loved it.

Yeah it's great. A bit more psychadellic, but Bumblebee, Eez-Eh, Doomsday and Stevie are classic Kasabian pump up.

I was doing some reading on A Hard Rain's, - "Dylan has stated that the song "consisted entirely of the first lines of songs he thought he would never have time to write."" That is ****ing nuts.

Until reading the lyrics properly today, I never noticed that he asks two questions at the start of each verse, and then answer them from the perspective of the Blue Eyed Son, and the Darling Young One. He is a ****ing genius.

Yep, without a doubt, nobody will ever come close. Not sure who else I'd have in the top three. Probably Lennon/McCartney purely for the amount of hits they wrote.

While I will be accused of being biased, if you read Springsteen's stuff, and especially how young he was when he wrote a lot of his epics (I am talking 6 minute + songs before he was 25, it's quite astonishing). Billy Joel is also a great song writer, he has the insane ability to talk about real places in songs. The Wilson Brothers (Beach Boys). I'm not too sure, really. Michael Jackson can't be discredited either, wrote lyrics and music. Henley and Frey too from The Eagles.
