No need to be. It was always a long shot. You guys are clearly the best team in the competition and have won 10 straight coming into the game. We were always going to be pushing shit up hill.

However I did think we put in a terrific effort. We lost, but we can hold our heads high.

Season is done though.

I liked the game actually. Quite the slog but was good to watch. Goals were at a premium. Your lot should win the Premiership. Meanwhile our next 4 is Brisbane, Richmond, Adelaide and Collingwood. Winnable.

Chamberlain I don't mind too much. He's a lot more, 'particular' with his interpretations of the rules. He's not really wrong, he's just different compared to what everyone else would pay.

McInerney ****s over Adelaide every game, when I watch him elsewhere, he's ok. Maybe I just notice him when I'm emotionally invested.

Nicholls is a weird beast. Normally I can deal with him. But he has this knack of royally ****ing over the Crows every time we play Geelong OR Hawthorn. If we had him vs Sydney. I wouldn't care. If we had him vs Port Adelaide, I wouldn't care. But vs Geelong or Hawthorn? He's as good as 3 goals to the opposition.

The 2009 Adelaide-Geelong game, without Nicholls. We would've won at the Cattery.

If it helps I have guys like Nasri and Rakitic on the bench, but couldn't fit them in.

THere's a guy in my youth team. For the first 4 or so years he was on my team, I just called him by his last name.
Never looked at the rest of his name.
But I just did as I was contemplating bringing him up from my u21s squad to main team.
