Yep. Do the one at Uni with some people from the Physics Society. Usually win.

Went to the local footy club's fundraiser trivia night on the weekend and we killed it. Ended up winning by about 4.5 points over the next best team despite risking points that the other team won in bonus games.

One of the bonus games was going through the alphabet in song titles. I made the final two but mental blanked at 'E'. As soon as I sat back down about 10 songs came to my head. Frustrating to say the least.

I could name Springsteen songs with the alphabet alone, bar X (he hasn't written a song beginning with X)

I did it when I was over in NZ, we did horribly (my team consisted of myself, my friend who is German and her roommate who is Scottish - so we struggled badly on the Kiwi related questions), so much fun though!

Our team name tonight will be "I can't read that out loud"

I do it when it's fundraising/charity, usually on the winning side, even has a little "trophy"/cup for one of my wins. We rule

That's a pretty good team name. I can't even remember some of our best, but other teams have some of the classics. "Hermaphrodite Barbie: Comes in her own box" is a popular one.

In NZ we had Brazil Gets Mullered, Dyslexic Brians, Don't Cry For Me Argentina (day after they lost the WC) and the Finnish way of saying "Do you have a pen?"

After that game we made our team name Joachim Loew's Widowmakers, but the dude hosting trivia didn't know how to pronounce it, so we were just The Widowmakers. Way lamer.

Question last night on the WC was the two players to score hat-tricks, our team eats up sports qs. A bonus round q last week for a bar tab was a 'Who Am I' and I had a hunch after a couple of clues it was Blatter but completely guessed and got it right.

After that game we made our team name Joachim Loew's Widowmakers, but the dude hosting trivia didn't know how to pronounce it, so we were just The Widowmakers. Way lamer.

To get mullered is an official term - it just worked so well coinciding with the victory and everything.

Joachim is actually hard to pronounce if you want to pronounce it properly, and Loew is pronounced sort of like Loef. Haha yeah that's crap.

My trivia team name was 7 asians and 1 white guy, nothing beats that

Ours is X-Wing because when we started going the dominant team was Death Star, and it's stuck for over a year now.

Week by week we come up with witty names to include as well, but when we went with 'Australia's Next Top Morgue' just after whatshername killed herself we haven't gone with too many.
