was doomed from the start. was bought by PE from Woolies for 20m and floated for circa 450m in 12 months. A very nice return. A lot of fundies got sucked in by a very smooth management team and bought the stock.

The big warning sign for me was the expiry of PE (largest shareholder) and managements escrow a month before their financial results were posted.

For those not familiar with the markets, post GFC, escrow period for management and cornerstone shareholders usually expires after at least the 1st annual financial result and usually after the 2nd years result.

In short, this was setup so PE could sell out prior to their disastrous financials being posted which left retail investors to cop it.

Been meaning to see it for a little while, but a friend recently told me about how well he acted in this. I found that a bit odd as all I've really seen from him recently is the Expendables stuff.

But it's well worth watching. Especially if you're a fan of the earlier series. Ties back well to the guilt he feels about Apollo's death.

There were a few scenes where I couldn't believe this was Stallone I was watching, he was ****ing brilliant.
