Sorry mate, but this argument is ridiculous. Britain is the major trading partner of basically every eurozone country. The EU needs Britain a lot more than Britain needs the EU.

Trade deals will get done and several laws and regulations will be grandfathered.

Yet I've got family in the UK who would say the complete opposite and I dare say they'd say your argument is ridiculous

Everyone was long the pound in anticipation of a 'remain' result. When an unanticipated event occurs, you get extreme movements in financial markets which are exaggerated by the high amount of financial leverage in FX markets. Markets will stabilize over the next week.

We had a similarly sized increase and fall in the AUD vs USD a couple of years ago. Caused in part by George Soros. Nobody melted then.

Because they haven't played the requisite games for their national side.

It didn't need the whole nation to be xenophobic. Just enough people worried about losing "their jobs" that they don't have to immigrants.

None would need to qualify for a visa, they'll maintain their residency status for life. But all three would easily get work visas (or passports in Schneiderlins case) under existing rules.

I have a few selfish reasons too:
- Commonwealth Visas will be made available and the movement of commonwealth citizens will increase significantly. My great grandfather (Australian) earned an OBE and CBE for leading the RAF during the first and second world war and yet when I turn up to Heathrow, I am being questioned by second generation poms about my right to be here. So **** you immigration you ******* ******s, I've got more right to be here than you ******* do.

Great news that you'll no longer have to worry about fellas with dark skin or funny accents who have "less right to be there" asking you questions about your passport.

They would need visas. Last I checked they aren't British citizens.

They won't need visas, they will be able to retain their residency status like all the Euro immigrants currently in the country. IIRC Schneirderlin is probably eligible for a passport anyway.

Don't listen to Farage.

The home office makes up it's own rules anyway. I doubt they will shoot themselves in the foot on the EPL. Might stop the free movement of U18's to the UK for work but that's it.

I listened to a podcast with a sports employment lawyer on this very subject yesterday. Was very interesting.
