the score for the start was magnificent.

Loved the manner in which Cersei got her revenge on the Septa. The mountain wouldn't be gentle lol.

Jaime has that look like he may kill Cersei next season...

"I **** my brother because it feels good to feel him inside me" kinky lol :tearsofjoy:

Lyanna Mormont is so badass. I love that LF has ended up friendzoned by the daughter of the one he really wanted to **** :D

Your avatar is great :thumbsu:
I knew you'd approve, glen.

How long do you think we can make people think we're talking about Game of thrones in these spoiler boxes?

The acting in GOT is as good as the Joel Schumacher Batman movies

Not a GOT watcher, but you can't go around saying shit like that

You blokes got me tbh

Oh man. GOT just churned out the two greatest episodes of television in the history of television. And that is not an overstatement. Not one second of wasted television in either episode. Absolutely brilliant.

I'm being picky but the Sam storyline is a waste of time. You're absolutely right though.

Wish someone would kill Cersei. Margarey dies and she lives. Show just got 10 times less attractive :(

Also, hasn't been any love for the Arya event? Probably my fav scene! So much happiness about that vengeance!

Not a waste at all, since he's learning how to defeat the White Walkers.

In terms of this episode it adds much needed levity, or else the episode would become far too dark and depressing. They hit the balance perfectly.

Yep!! Love me some vengeance these past two eps. Really hoping she heads for Winterfell now, surely she's heard the Starks are back in charge there!

Also Jatz

I'm calling Dany's finishing position as making my prediction correct that it'd end with her in Westeros. They picked Varys up from Dorne so they're pretty damn close to King's Landing in that final shot.

Shit's going down there early next season.

A friend pointed out that there were Tyrell ships in Dany's fleet as well. Massive.

Yep, that's why Varys is on board. In my last post I pointed out to Jatz that this means Dany has essentially landed in Dorne, picked up Varys and some reinforcements, and is now on her way to King's Landing.

Oh is that what he's doing? I didn't think that was the point of a maester (sp?) but I guess that makes sense.

Yeah I hope she heads up there but only after she guts Cersei!

Also on the ships, I get so confused by the timing of some of the scenes. Varys randomly showed up in Dorne and then 10 mins later was back on the ships haha.

The show's not linear

The point of a Maester is to accumulate all the information they will need to provide guidance to their Lord. Jon directly told Sam to go there to learn how to defeat the White Walkers.

She's got no hope of doing that, Jaime is destined to kill her.

Yeah exactly, which is why in my follow up I pointed out to you that Dany had Tyrell ships in her fleet, signifying they actually swung past Dorne and picked Varys up. She's headed straight for KL.

That is just wrong. Nowhere near The Wire, Mad Men, The Sopranos and a heap of other shows.

It is not wrong.

How did you watch those two episodes and not appreciate the beautifully perfect meld of cinematography, musical scoring, director, acting, script, and effects?

Probably didn't watch the episodes

I'm expecting that's his response which is why I phrased it the way I did.

No one can watch those episodes and then say ****ing Mad Men is better television.

I thought a maester was a medical thing? Isn't it maester's that normally fix people up?

Is he? Is that based on something?

Yeah makes sense. They sped that up fairly quickly which is good :thumbsu: it's just really the grandma left from the Tyrell's now right?

I like having a cast who are good actors.

o_O

I'm sorry, what?

GoT has one of the best casts on television. Most movies would be lucky to have the calibre of cast GoT has.
