I don't think he thinks anything is wrong with it, just that he didn't expect it.

I genuinely just see them as their avatar to be honest haha. Unless I've met them.

Fair enough, but as he suggests in his follow up, he seems to emphasis the hijab, etc. which.. I dunno.. seems to suggest that he thought people who wear 'that sort of thing' can't be as laid back or nice as he perceived her? Maybe I am reading too much into it.

Depends on your perspective. None of those things applied to me. I lived in a democratic country, wasn't touched by poverty and never saw it, homicide was non existent where I grew up. They were great times.
