Exhibit 1A as to why I am in Arizona

Yes, I was actually at this game.

Just finished watching this, very interesting if you havent seen it before, I thought he was guilty as sin before watching it now I can see some claims on what hes saying as truth and it was actually a horrible accident.

Geez Reeva was a beautiful woman too, like really naturally beautiful, you dont see beauty like that very often.

Was watching this. Had never gotten into the full story, alleged story. Till now.

I find it very hard to believe that if he thought intruders were in the bathroom and ultimately yelling, that his girlfriend Riva wouldn't be yelling back it's me in here. Also, if intruders were in there, why would they just stay in there for so long, instead of come out and attack Pistorius, make a move on the situation, given their presence was exposed. Like, he said, he was on his stumps, which takes him forever to walk on, lacks balance, yet he claims he went from the bathroom back down the hall to the bedroom, and from the bedroom up the hall to the bathroom, multiple times before the fatal shots were fired. That's a long time for intruders to just sit there in the bathroom. Also, he said something how he and Riva were awake at 3am, that they were talking about the open window etc. Yet he doesn't explain how she managed to go from the bed to the bathroom without him knowing that happened...because by his story, he thought there were intruders, and that he kept saying in the dark to Riva "who was right beside me" to get down, call the police, etc. Another thing....if there is an intruder, or fear of, you turn on the lights obviously. You don't try to engage in some cat and mouse game or walk around with a gun in the pitch black. You turn the lights on.

Another thing from the video....was observing a baseline body language for him when he's recounting facts and truthful things about himself/life....he always look straight ahead with a calm face and answers. But when asked about have you ever been violent towards women....he pauses, can't look the interviewer in the face, and has to think a "no" response.

The prosecution's story and facts kept falling apart in court tho. Which helped him. That he'd gotten jealous angry with her for supposed flirting with other guys and how she texted him sometimes shes scared of him....all in texts.....that's not a good sign. Even if it's only a few texts out of hundreds of loving ones, it only takes one angry crazy moment to commit a murder out of thousands of loving moments between couples. He obviously felt like he punched above his weight scoring that glamor, with his stump legs, and he possibly started getting paranoid and possessive, not wanting to lose that. Some kind of argument, him accusing her of infidelity, she ran to the bathroom, locked herself in, he didn't have his prosthetics on because he wasn't afraid of any intruder, it was just her in there, he was trying to get her to admit to something, maybe she admitted to cheating finally, and he lost his mind, went back got the gun, killed her in rage, and then tried to cover it up. My best guess.

Yep , that's what I meant by I actually think he might be telling the truth, the prosecution are talking utter shit as has been proven many times.

Also, why did they lie about the angle of the bullet holes, clearly he wasn't standing up with his legs when he fired, and clearly he didn't kill her with the cricket bat.

The text message allegations is again an overblown story, I was under the impression there was numerous jealous rants, but there was only one, in over 1000 texts or whatever it was.

Looks to me a poor job by the cops just to get what they determine as justice for a beloved public figure in Reeva.

You wouldn't need to go to the lengths they did if he was 100% guilty imo.

Maybe he did deliberately kill her, but the prosecutions "evidence" has made me question all of what I initially thought to be fact when it wasn't at all

This one GG.exe probably my favourite crime find on the internet this year, fantastic in depth investigation on the corruption in the Victorian Police force around the time of the Melbourne gangland wars. Fantastic watch.

I'll watch that in a second, bear with me... (or bare with me :eekv1: )

meanwhile...

60 min video...

13 min video...

have started watching the first one of these now, interesting.

two points:

The "get out of my house" that the neighbours heard could easily be him telling Reeva to do that and not an intruder. That is true ...

But... @21:20 Scott says his story could easily be the reverse of what he says. He tried bashing in the door with a cricket bat first but couldn't. Then he shot the door. But....that doesn't line up tho. It was proven he had his legs on when he tried breaking down the door and he didn't when he shot the gun. Why would he take his legs off to shoot? He would just fire with his legs on in a rage.

Put it simply...he's guilty.

He STATED he started yelling at the intruders to get out, get the **** out, when he was in the hallway, near the bathroom door. His story of intruders in there would be a lie then because Riva was in there the whole time and she WOULD'VE yelled back at him, "it's me in here, Oscar, there are no intruders, calm the **** down idiot". It's obvious that is a fabrication. The fact Riva had locked herself in the bathroom means she was doing that angry girlfriend thing, or, they were in the midst of an escalating argument and was afraid of Oscar. Lastly, he never explained how Riva miraculously got from the bedroom to the bathroom during the intruder story. He STATED she was there with him in bed, they were talking at 3am about the window, when he heard noises from the bathroom, and that he told Riva to get down on the floor, that he started going down the hallway making sure he was between the intruders and Riva behind him, to protect her. If that whole story were true....he never explains how she managed to go from being in bed with him talking about the open window, to being told to get on the floor, to her somehow managing to get into the bathroom without him knowing, and why would she end up in the bathroom where the intruders were feared to be? That whole intruder story falls apart very badly. I'm surprised they still didn't convict him for that shithouse bullshit story alone.

To me that Scott was just a w***er honestly, he had pre conceived ideas about what happened before going in and just wanted to back up his own thoughts, I think the other 3 were far more balanced.

I agree with the other 3, id give it about 20% chance hes innocent and 80% chance of guilty.

You can't make this stuff up.
It's all Nikki's fault for not taking the Protection Program offer.
How hard must it be as a cop to go and arrest another cop.
Halfway thru....

I know, its unbelievable, I couldn't live with myself as his daughter. How selfish and stupid of her.

Finished it. Other thoughts....
Seems obvious Williams death was also set up by the corrupt Police (aka Dale). Putting in his max security cell an Arrico guy and a violent hater of police informants.
There should be a law or legal process where if an informant or witness fears for their life because their information would convict someone in court, that if they then get killed in suspicious circumstances, that the person who was being informed on would automatically be charged and sentenced for those crimes that the informant had supplied. No need to go to court only otherwise information becomes inadmissible. And they could further be charged also for the death of the informant.

Good idea, I like it.

I hate Dale, but you gotta give it to him, he tied up any loose ends. Made it impossible for a conviction. Obviously deserves to rot in hell regardless.

The Victoria Police forces system and way they did/do things is so ****ing dumb, no wonder they had/have so many crocked cops. Overland and Nixon, pathetic, only cared about protecting the public image, and then once they finally got their ducks in a row it was all too late.So much blood on their hands, not that they probably give a shit.

Look how awesome this Dr is at outlining a murder case, all the evidence for/against succinctly, analzying the case, and looking at various other aspects. Channel I've now subscribed to. All done in 20 minutes.
