Oscar is good value in the latter seasons of the US version , he got better as it went on.
Love it after Angela gets engaged to the Senator

' As Angela's friend I'm horrified , as a gay man I'm horrified , as a lover of extravagent weddings well I'm pretty excited .........but overall mainly horrified '

Assuming Jim and Pam ....yeah was ok , wasnt expecting anything great .

Dwight wearing a tshirt with wolves to attrach females a classic
I wish my workplace had a Dwight and Jim.

I could would sit back and just enjoy the show.

Unfortunately my workplace is full of Karens.

The decade of the 2000s was a simpler time. I never got to the top, but I enjoyed the journey. :$

Jan is hot.
She is screwed as an actor , for me, as she will always be Jan.
The Michael/Jan dinner party Ep was a classic.

I loved the episode when Michael couldnt think properly when he saw Jan had a boob job.

Actually Michael and Jan had great chemistry that worked, despite how wrong they were for one another.

Michael bringing two dates to Casino night was a classic.

Fun Facts with Grotto - his second date was his wife in real life.

Always though the Jan/Michael scenes were brilliant

Jan ' Michael ive underestimated you '
Michael ' well Jan maybe next time you will estimate me '

The 'love document' was great value too

The whole deposition episode was gold

Lawyer: Mr. Scott, who's this other woman, Ryan. Who you refer to here as, 'just as hot as Jan but in a different way.'

-----

Michael: Hi-- No. Absolutely not. What is he doing here? Are you renewing your divorce vows before my deposition?
Toby: Michael, I'm your HR rep. I'm on your side.
Michael: Never. I want him gone. I don't talk until he leaves.

-----

Michael: Hey, Schneider, real quick. What do you call a buttload of lawyers driving off a cliff?
Jan's lawyer: A good start. And I think it's busload.
Michael: Yeah a bunch of rich lawyers took the bus. [to Jan] Where'd you find this guy?

-----

Lawyer: Are you telling me that your relationship began two years ago and not in February as you previously testified to here?
Michael: Line.
Lawyer: I'm sorry, what?
Executive: He asked for a line, like in a play.

-----

Court reporter: [reading transcript] Mr. Scott do you realize you just contradicted yourself. I did? Yes you did. Can I go to the bathroom? No. I really have to I've been drinking lots of water. You went five minutes ago. That wasn't to go to the bathroom that was to get out of a question. You still have to answer it. First can I go to the bathroom. No.

-----

And Michael's diary :D

so after starting to watch this for the first time from the beginning early in Jan I have finished every episode back to back

I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought. After going from not liking Steve Carrell to growing to really enjoy him as Michael Scott The show defiantly missed him over the last two series. The show was still good but the replacements such as Will Ferrell and James Spader just didn't fill the void

Dwight is the best character, ******* truely funny
I don't get the love for Creed tbh. He isn't a bad character but if he wasn't in the show it wouldn't be much of a miss
Andy is ******* annoying for the first 4-5 seasons but towards the last season or two I started to not mind him
imo Toby is the under rated character. Just a quiet, goofy, awkward guy trying to fit in. Michaels hatred to him was great

I appreciated Toby much more when I learnt that Paul Lieberstein was one of the main writers, and even the show-runner (seasons 5 to 8).

All the US characters had their moments or at least bounced well off the main characters. Don't know if there were any I actively disliked. Though the new bosses in the last season or two I could have done without (and let's face it they were on a hiding to nothing)

Mose Schrute underrated!

Its people like you that work hard and do and honest days worth of work that dont appreciate Creed. lol.

The chemistry between Dwight-Jim, Jim-Pam. Pam-Mike, Mike-his boss, this is what made the show.

With Mose you know he has buried a few bodies in that beet farm over the years.

Reminded me of a great scene where Jim/Pam? comforted Dwight when he was mourning for Angela. At the heart of their hatred was love. lol. Ironic but true.

Wasnt he the Strangler?
IIRC he was on the Jury. Was there more to that I've forgotten or missed?
He was on the jury

Then later in season 8-9 he feels bad and goes to visit the strangler in jail as he didn't believe he was guilty but felt pressured into saying he was guilty on the trial

The strangler then goes on to try and strangle him when he apologises
