Terrance Jones? Minny ain't taking a 6'9" power forward.

Watching Kings at 5 will be very interesting. They could go a number of ways, including trading the pick.

If we keep it, I suspect that Barnes would have to be a red hot favourite to be picked there. The last thing we need is another scorer though

The gap between Davis and the next group of guys looks to be quite large, so there doesn't seem to be a consensus number 2 pick right now. Will be interesting to see who Charlotte go with

It will be a fight between Thomas Robinson or MKG... Andre Drummond could be within the equation, but that would be too high for a guy of his high risk potential. Although I reckon he'll be the best player alongside Davis from this draft...

Some rumour circulating that Charlotte will trade down (pick 2 for 6 and 11) with Portland as Portland seems very keen on Beal!

In a way, it would make sense for Charlotte. They can't get a sure fire star at 2 in this year's draft so if they can get 2 good player from this draft as opposed to 1, it would make sense for them. Get 2 good players this year and get their superstar in next draft (if there is one) unless they again get boned in the lottery.

Then again, its Charlotte so there is a fair chance they **** up regardless of what they do! :D

EDIT: I get the feeling that some play off team will trade up and get Jeff Taylor in the 20s! He just is the type of defensive role player that contenders love. A 4 year player, ready to come in and contribute straight away. A very good defender and a very good spot up 3pt shooter. Classic role player game.

If Spurs didn't get Leonard, I would bet they would be going after Taylor. Popovich would be a massive fan of this kid.

Yeah, I wouldn't pay much attention to NBA.com atm.

Wolves will do well to go grab someone like Terrence Ross. Deadly shooter (spot up and off the dribble). In my opinion, the 2nd best SG in the class. Has enough size to fill in at the 3 as well. Very good athlete.

Will play D a bit. Plays passing lanes, so him and Rubio in a backcourt would be deadly.

That's exactly the sort of guy we should be looking at.

Sblack, know anything about Will Barton out of Memphis?

Not much. Very highly rated out of HS. Had big expectations for both his College seasons so far, but Memphis has been underwhelming to say the least (were supposed to have the best backcourt in the country, stuff like that)

From what I remember, hes a big time scorer, but not very efficiently. Athletic, but lightly built.

Was a 1st round pick for quite some time as well. Hasn't been in many Mocks I've seen so far. But he's definitely worth a late 1st. Much better than a 2nd rounder

Not at all. Our highest draft pick since Duncan is pick 20. Last year was like gettting your 1st root when they traded Hill for Leonard!

That's looking like a pretty sweet deal now! I watched Leonard a bit in his San Diego Sate days Could be a real difference maker going foward.

Damian Lillard at 6 looks strange. The guy was a prolific scorer at Weber State but does that transfer to the A. Not sure about his playmaking ability. Seems like a gamble to me.

John Jenkins seems like one of the best shooters and will probably go up a bit.
