I'm hoping that Drummond will slide to 9, cant see him slipping past Portland and GSW though. Otherwise I think the pick will be Henson

Would have to be pick 6 from Portland. That's an awesome deal for Portland though, especially if its 14. Get lowry, then hopefully Meyers Leonard at 14.

My foxtel box has decided to die and wont let me record anymore which is horrible timing leading up to the draft, any alternatives for watching the draft delayed? Also means I miss the u18 champs

That's theft on Portland's part; on the Rockets part a dreadful return for a quality pg like Lowry.

Rockets got enough assets to get #5 and #8?

Yeah you've gotta wonder what they're offering up - #14, #16, Lowry and ???

There was talk of Dragic back to PHX as a free agent too (should Nash leave as expected); who's going to run the point in Houston if these things eventuate? I guess the open starting role would be the Rox carrot for Dragic.

Just looking over their salaries they have enough assets if all Sacramento and Toronto want to do is take on an expiring like Kevin Martin or Sam Dalembert in the trade down or try to convince Courtney Lee to do a sign and trade. These teams are all well under the cap. Houston could take back John Salmons from Sacto and/or could take back Jose Calderon from Toronto to make space for Lowry.

I'm not sure they can get both done.

As a Portland fan, I'd actually be down for 6 for Lowry/16, checked around RealGM and the feeling amongst fans is Rockets would do it, Portland wouldn't. I really like that deal for us though, but maybe it's because I really don't want to be the team to over pay Dragic. Then again Rockets fans seem to think they can resign Dragic for 5.5-6 per...

I don't think Goran would settle with that kind of coin. I think he'll stay in Houston but the Suns would keep the Rockets honest and make sure Dragic gets a decent contract.

FWIW that trade might go down as one of the worst in suns History they traded Dragic and 1st round pick for Brooks who doesn't even play with the suns anymore
Just had a look for info on Brooks: he'll be RFA in July, missed the opportunity to sign an offer sheet with another team because he was in China (deadline March 1) so he could only return to PHX this season or go RFA for next season.

So they pretty much spent that 1st to possibly end up with Dragic back there or potentially overpaying to match Brooks.

Wolves working Will Barton out today.

Strong feeling is they aren't enamoured with whats likely to be left of the SG/SF and will go big at 18. Luckily there's a Syracuse player there.....

The Pacers have a big workout scheduled for
Tuesday with Green, Will Barton, Kim English and Jeff Taylor
which could decide the No. 26 pick. I'm hearing
increasingly that the Pacers are very high on Green

I would be very disappointed if we draft green

Sullinger has had his Green Room invite removed.

David Aldridge contends that not only do the Celtics not have a draft promise to Royce White, but they couldn't even get him in for a workout...

Peculiar. I'm pretty sure White has worked out for a few teams.

Jeremy Lamb doing work for his college teammate:

@DraftExpress
RT @blazersedge: UConn G Jeremy Lamb on UConn C Andre Drummond's NBA potential: "It depends on if he wants to work."

Draft Express now has him at #18 to Minny...

Hes a twin cities native and I reckon he'll be a really good pro, but he's a stretch 4. Not exactly something we lack.

Strong talk we'll trade down too.

Would not classify White as a Strech 4 at all.
