it does appear that this injury could have and should have been avoided if rules were follwed

Indy is stuffed for a long time. George will lose too much mobility and will never get NBA level power and spring back in the leg. He was a rare beacon that you can get all star talent without needing a top 5 pick.

Lebron for another conference title is pretty much locked in again.

Why the hell do all the league's young, up and coming stars get injured? First D-Rose, now PG... this injury is bad for the league IMO.

Horrible news for Paul George and Indy supporters. Not going to seek out the vision but going by descriptions one can only hope he can get back to something like his best.

Penny, T-Mac, Yao, Roy, Grant Hill and now probably Paul George.

Bloody hell. Hopefully with today's advances in medicine he can get back to his best, but I seriously doubt it after seeing Ware seriously struggle, and Ware isn't half the athlete George is.

They still have their main rival to it. Though they also have the "if healthy" askerisk alive and well.

I thought Cleveland would waltz into the finals (cannot believe I'm typing that so soon after 2010) when I heard about the injury, but then I remembered the Bulls. If Rose can stay healthy and be Derrick Rose, they're a better team.

Give me Rose, Butler, Dunleavy, Gasol, close to MVP Noah plus Mirotic, McDermott and Taj over LeBron, Kyrie, Wiggins (or maybe Love), Waiters, Thompson, Varejao etc.
