That's just rubbish talk.

The problem isn't Ainge, it's young black Americans only wanting to play in certain cities for the lifestyle factor is the issue, along with the weather.

Added the only time we've actually had cap space to bring in big name FA players we've landed them in Horford and Hayward.

Ujiri is in the top few GMs in the league, yet Toronto isn't a have to get there destination for FA. Why is that?
That's just targeting certain skin colours. Ainge isn't helping us land a Kawai type all star because we dont have one atm. No Irving, No Horford and a struggling Hayward. Horford was loyal and wanted 3 years, boom see ya. Baynes opted in for his extension for 5mill. we shifted him. Ainge isn't loyal

Doesnt scream contender to me.

The reason Toronto struggled was it was Canada.
- Higher Taxes
- No NBA culture
- No history
- Bloody Cold.

Kawai got them a championship. But he aint hanging around.

They were stupidto get rid of theone guy who stuck with them in DeRozan.

And how many Kawhi type stars are there?

It's a culture thing. Boston just isn't a town for many rich, young black men's lifestyle choices. It's not the only city that has that issue.

Ahhh reports are we did offer Horford 4 years at decent money. So there's that...

You're complaining that we don't go after bigger FA but complain when we shift a player like Baynes to open up more cap space. Like every other team does.

We don't know what our final roster will look like, plenty more to play out yet.

Bloody cold in Boston too. Also not a party town or one where you can flash your money at fancy clubs.

Yet to be determined.

haha what?

They just won their first NBA title because they traded him out for Kawhi and they were stupid to get rid of the guy who couldn't land them that?

You're all over the shop.

Kemba is a great player and given how many whiney sooks there are in the NBA having a guy who already has history with the NE region is a plus.

It's a lot of money however to tie up at a position where our main rivals don't have their dominant players.

Embiid will go for 50 every game against us if we try and fill Horford's spot with some low priced scrub is the worry.

It's a risky move Cotton. Let's see if we can pull something off.

I feel a big trade is brewing.

Well to lose irving and replace him with walker is still a loss but not a huge one.
If we could snatch either capela or adams for horford then man did we do good for what transpired.

That's the rumour mill

Sign Walker as a max free agent

Join in on a 3 way trade with Huoston and 76'ers and try and bring in Capela (which is the rumour)

Not sure how we could fit both in the cap and shudder to think of what we will offload to get Capela knowing Rozier will be let go as an unrestricted Free Agent.

I’m ok with Kanter, actually wanted to grab him last season. Is good on the glass which we aren’t & can score as well. Thought he boxed on really well for the blazers in the playoffs.

We do however need to grab another big.

Embiid will put 40+ on us every time if Kanter is our big plan to stop him.

He should be a bench player. Not a starter.

Danny's list and cap management has been very average.

We've gone backwards while other rivals got better.

Who is on our bench at present?

Second unit will be a black hole offensively many times this season.

And I look forward to Julius dropping 45 on him again this season then :)
