Without watching too many Orlando games this season , I cannot help but think Franz Wagner is overrated in current rookie rankings, no way am I putting him above say Josh Giddey.

Don't get me wrong, I do believe he will be an All-Star/All-NBA calibre player sooner rather than later, just think the hype over him right now is a bit OTT

If I could only have one I would choose Franz as controversial as that is to say on an Aussie forum. The handle, mobility and shooting ability at that size..

peternorth has been begging me for a schedule update on his beloved Lakers, and I've looked into the numbers because I'm nice like that.

The Lakers currently have a 3-10 record against the top 10 teams in the league, and haven't beaten any of them since a home win over Cleveland in October.

In their final 36 regular season games, 27 will be played against teams hovering around .500 or higher.

Of the nine remaining games against teams well under .500 - the bottom 10 teams - six are against teams (Blazers, Hawks, Pels) seemingly not tanking yet.

In other words, just three of their final 36 games are against the bottom feeders.

Additionally, 24 of their final 40 games will be played away from Crypto (lol) - that is to say, their remaining schedule is 60% on the road.

peternorth - cursed franchise?

Frankly trading Ben now for say John Collins or Tyrese Haliburton plus a couple of other players and or picks, whilst not ideal, is probably as good a deal the Sixers can get for Simmons, they sure as sh*t are not getting Jaylen Brown, Dame or Bradley Beal for Simmons..

SoS pretty much covered it, but I'm still not sure what you're trying to get at it here. If you're contending that Dame or Beal aren't gonna be avail, than what was the deal at the start of the season he should have made? McCollum? Cause don't think there's much debate that Hailburton >> and him reportedly being available has only happened in the last week.

Not an unexpected loss to a Sixers team that we have struggled against in recent times, first half was really unacceptable and I have had enough of Schroeder, should have been ejected.

Not enough talent on this roster to be legit contenders in the East I admit now, but all those close and overtime losses we have had really sting.

Decided we might as well back the coach in and given him at least another full season.
Stevens nerds to work some magic trying to off load Marcus Smart and that contract...

Not very confident.

Good to see the Suns refamiliarise themselves with rebounding.

Reckon quite a few teams will be asking about Justin Holiday before the deadline.

Honestly you cant blame Philly for not wanting Fox he is not much of a threat from outside 15feet and chooses when he plays defense

Better production, for $28M less.
