Easy win over a poor looking Bulls team. Cannot see them doing anything come playoff time.
4 point win over the Bulls without Lavine or Ball? Interesting perspective

Lavine and Ball aren't that great. I'd be happy to let them have Lavine if we got a healthy Brook back.

I also don't buy into the "Oh but X team was missing X players" unless they're superstar level (KD/Steph/Giannis/Bron etc).

Chicago showed their depth isn't up for it and while they were gritty, they relied far too much on DeMar getting to the line to be a chance.

We choked that one good. Can't give Steph a chance. Carry on after was a bit much though. We're like the worst team in the league in your building and streamers are falling and carry on after. Bit cringe.

Lavine averaging 25ppg for a 3rd straight season and pushing 50/40/90 at the minute. You may want to reconsider

Look, he isn't a bad number 2 but he ain't gonna be the number 1 on a team, neither is DeMar.

Chicago is in a situation where they have two legitimate star number 2's and a number 3 in Lonzo. They don't have the superstar to get them across the line when it matters most.

But again, there were no excuses for the Bulls today. They got their standard great game from DeMar (50% shooting, 17-18 FT lmao), they had Matt Thomas turn into a mini Klay Thompson with some good shots and Vucevic had no center opposition, only two PF's. Throw in Lavine and Matt Thomas sees no action likely and some shots from Coby White translate to Lavine shots.

For the Bucks though, Khris was ultra cold, Jrue was cold, Giannis wasn't as dominate as he can be and obviously no center in Lopez. Both teams shot poorly but it was the Bucks stars that were poor, while DeMar was his usual productive self. So basically if the Bucks stars aren't cold tonight, and the Bulls roleplayers aren't cold, it's probably a Bucks 15-20 point win.

Let's be honest, the only reason you're trying to make the case for Lavine not being that good is so you can say his inclusion wouldn't have affected the result (a 4 point win).

You're barking up the wrong tree here, neither of those things are true.

Bulls shot worse from the field, were outrebounded and shot less FT’s and were in the game to the death on the road down 3 starters.

Saying there was no excuses for the Bulls today is puzzling and declaring it an easy win, even stranger.

Let's be honest. A full strength Bucks vs a full strength Bulls, where both teams have a solid night, will always end up being a Bucks victory.

The Bulls are cute, got some nice pieces, not even close to being a contender.

The Bulls bench/roleplayers shot worse, yes. Vucevic should be doing a much better job as the only center on the court and DeMar got plenty of FT's, not sure what you're getting at there.

The excuse that the Bulls were missing starters, when the Bucks starters themselves didn't even play to their full potential is meaningless. Couldn't care less if Lavine/Lonzo are missing when Jrue/Khris both played below par anyway. Again, both teams at the best and I'm backing the Bucks every single time, home or away.

Bulls depth ain't good enough, simply adding Lavine & Lonzo and saying they automatically win is stupid. You could add them both in but then they shoot just as poorly, result is the same. Or maybe they come in and shoot well, but Jrue & Khris play to their potential and the result is the same.

At the end of the day, the Bucks played the team in front of them and won without getting out of 2nd gear. I'd more than happily love to play the Bulls in the playoffs.

Nobody is saying Bucks aren't the better team. That's not even the discussion.

You called a 4 pt win easy (ridiculous) against a team missing their starting backcourt then tried to say one of them, an All-Star calibre player, wouldn't have made a difference. It's just s**t posting

I think Morey needs to trade Simmons before the deadline, with Embiid having an MVP Calibre season, and hopefully injury free, gotta strike why the Iron's hot, today's disappointing loss to the Clips is more proof Jojo needs more help, even allowing for the fact Doc Rivers is a clown of a coach.

With Durant out for a fair while, East is wide open and they can easily win the East if Joel and Maxey etc get more help, esp a scoring point guard/play maker.

That's your opinion, which you're entitled to. My opinion is the Bucks never got out of 2nd gear and still won. That's an easy win in my eyes. Bulls just aren't that good.
