I dunno, from what I read from Nets fans Atkinson excels in youth development and instilling culture, as opposed to X's & O's where he's average at best.

In which case, there's a bit of overlap with Brown himself there. You need a coach to get you from 50 win team with abundant talent to serious contender.

Perhaps LeBron too. His track record with middling teammates is mixed to say the least (*cough* young Lakers *cough* Mo Williams *cough*), but when he plays with stars he generally manages to mesh seamlessly.
