I hate making calls before the 20 game mark, but I don't see any signs that the Top 5 won't be Tor, Indy, Boston, 76ers and Bucks.

Then the last 3 spots in the East will be made up of teams around the 500 mark.

Yeah, I think Indy will probably finish 5th of the bunch (assuming no injuries).
