How far do people see the Grizzlies going this season?

Despite paying $32.7M total this year (more than a quarter of the team's total salaries) to get next to nothing out of Chandler Parsons and Kyle Anderson at the small forward spot so far, they've been a real a surprise packet so far IMO, currently sitting equal-1st in the ultra-competitive Western Conference.

In fast-paced, offense-heavy times, they're arguably the worst offensive team in the league (dead last in PPG and Pace, 23rd in Offensive Rating), but counter than with being one of the best defensive teams in the league (1st in Opposition PPG, 4th in Defensive Rating). This style of play seems to have become the traditional Memphis way, even through coaching and personnel changes. They know who they are, and stick with what they know, and it seems to work.

Will they drop off before the post-season arrives? Or can they make a serious run in the playoffs?

If they stay fit they'll grind out wins and top out in the first or second round

Jaren Jackson is going to be a stud. He doesn’t turn 20 until September and he’s already balling
