I have a Cox / Sandi combo with J White on the bench. I can either trade Cox for H.Mac now or wait and a few weeks for definitive prognosis on Cox's condition. Problems is that I only have 5 trades left but as I'm 7th in my main league I need to ensure I win the next few.

last I heard is they wont say how long he is out for, it depends how he responds. They expect him to play again, but they are in no hurry.

With Sandi back and White playing FF for the swans v melbourne, you can afford to wait another week surely.

Only problem is that H.Mac has a breakeven of 25 and is likely to go up 30k next week. If I can make 150k of this trade then I can think about upgrading Skipworth->Riewoldt or Grimes->Hodge.

Meh. I don't like the idea of two rucks from the same team. I went with Cox > M.Clark so I now have the H-Mac - M.Clark combo, what a winner!

i will probably give sandilands a week or so before making the trade to either him, jolly or mcintosh. im leaning more towards sandilands and jolly. already have petrie.

Argh. This is a tough choice.

Do I pick up Jesse White for Cox which means I can afford Ryan O'Keefe up front? Or do I go for a Sandliands/Jolly/Petrie instead? (my other ruck is McIntosh).

Nobody knows, His injury is not season ending but due to the Eagles tanking he may not play again this season.

Jump on Mich Clark now before he becomes too expensive. He's the form ruckman in SC at the moment.

hmm finally upgrade cox week. after holding out with pyke who scored a 0 thena 20 I'm upgrading.

Clarke does look good, but can he hold it and Jolly from the swans has had some big weejs lately and looks to be in best form and is 60k less than clarke.

So clarke or Jolly, whats everyones thoughts..... currently

Went Jolly two weeks and have been very happy with the results.

whatever you do dont bring Jolly in this week. Dominating against the dees is one thing, but he is bound to have a letdown against the saints. All his tons have come against sides with huge holes in their ruck division or games the swans won comfortably. With the swans likely to be belted in the coming rounds, its hard to see him getting too many more tons. Clark's draw isn't that great, either. I've got Nicnat covering and am probably going to settle for mediocre scores rather than burn a trade.

I am waiting till next week but thinking Sandi I have 200k in teh bank with only 3 trades left.

Other trade will likely upgrde Adcock to Lockyer or Hodge or perhaps a Vince to a Montangna if both Gilbert and Grimes are playing next week.

Now I have some spare cash to upgrade Beams / Anthony to any midfielder for my first finals clash

I am aiming for league glory and am looking at bringing in either Jolly or Clarke. Has anyone else in the same situation considered GF round 22 and that Swans are playing Lions. These two met in round 3 where Jolly scored 131 to Clarke's 45 (in a Lions win).

Assuming you make it as far as the GF, would you back Jolly to come out on top again, or has Clarke improved that much?

I'm in it for league glory, so am still holding Cox whilst I'm safely in the top 4. I'll leave it until the last possible minute to allow either Cox to return or find the best value/best form ruck to replace him with. Cranked a 2500+ with Shane Mumford as my sole ruck last week, and have a cellar dweller this week, so will wait another.
