Maybe not but geez the Clippers to get anywhere near the title will need a significant remodel
They won't get near one. Doc and the Clippers are delusional.

A core of Chris Paul who is one knee injury away from being ruined, Blake Griffin and DeAndre Jordan isn't enough for a title.

I think it's in the Celtic's best interest to trade Rondo on draft day next year to try and get the #1 pick. Rondo, IMO, will not win Boston another championship in the future and this year and next are the years for them to do a quick rebuild. Getting rid of Rondo/Pierce/KG and getting valuable assets in return is where it needs to start.

Which is why they have been rumoured to be interested in the German PG.

This makes me very happy :D
I honestly don't think he will and I don't believe he is in the top 5 PG's in the league. Rose, Paul, Westbrook, Irving, Parker, Deron Williams all ahead of Rondo IMO.

Butler's expiring contract from the Clippers might come into play if the teams try to deal again.

Yeah but they have to be careful dealing with the Clippers because with the Rivers deal already gone they need to show that any future deal was/is not part of the Rivers trade.

Thomas Robinson? Altho there pick may be a touch low for the Rox

That's a good option though because I personally liked the look of Robinson and was annoyed when we traded him. He's still got a lot of potential and is a "ready made" big. Why not give it a go.

Funny how quickly forget about Rondo.

Rondo is one of the best five playoff performers of the past few seasons, Rondo is a consistent player who makes the right play, grabs boards and penetrates.

Paul, Rose and Parker are better although Rondo has lifted his game to levels above them in the post season. Westbrook versus Rondo is debatable.

Irving is a one way player who Rondo craps all over defensively and in the passing game. I'd take Rondo over Williams purely because he performs in big games and hasn't had lapses like Williams in two seasons.
