How many times have we heard 'Philadelphia are everything thats wrong in the nba'

So, i guess they are the worst team in the... oh wait thats the Knicks

OK, obligatory NY lulz out the way... a cursory glance at the tankathon ladder as it stands would mean that Atlanta (Brooklyn) and Houston (NOLA) both have lottery picks, and both Miami and the Clippers have no picks in the first round, which given the state of their rosters is far from ideal.... but i guess they both sold the farm for Dragic (and Lebron) and Doc, respectively

Looking at the other end of things

Atlanta and Toronto have all but clinched their divisions
GSW, Memphis, Portland have handy leads
And its a fight to the death in the Central between the Cavs and Bulls... altho you'd expect the Cavs to pull away a touch with Butler, Rose and Taj out
