Not necessarily advocating that we should have taken Fournier at #10- nobody had him going that high. Just remembered seeing the scouting tapes and being intrigued.

He was a good pick for Denver at #20, and their track record at that range in recent times (Lawson, Faried) has been solid. They're so deep at present that he hasn't had much playing time, but he puts up points when he does play. Apparently he's the 'Great Hope' for French basketball- read into that what you will,.

Kobe Bryant has been playing through a bone spur in his left foot for years, all without publicizing the injury and its challenges.
Bryant could have surgery in the offseason to remove the bone spur, but he never did have surgery on the mangled right pinky finger in 2008 or the arthritic right index finger in 2010.
