The humorous thing is 33 year old lebron seems to think the rest of the league gives a shit about what his player management decisions would be. Especially after the motley crew of geriatrics he has assembled this year.
Like MJ he’s extremely delusional about his talent evaluation skills.

He made the Smith comment clearly to take a shot at Phil Jackson.

Phil Jackson was a bit of an old kook who had no idea about tact as a player manager, but he still went against the grain and drafted the latvian 7 footer who is turning into the best young player in the league and he tried to run Melo out of town.

Both of which now seem like pretty sound decisions for the Knicks moving forward. Poorly executed, but good decisions.

I think Jackson just got worse with dealing with people as he has aged.

Clearly still knows his shit when it comes to the actual game.

Also didnt want a bar of Hardaway at big money considering he shipped him out once. New management comes in and they give hardaway big money.

We'll see how the Knicks are faring after the next 6 or so games. Plenty at home, but all pretty much quality sides.

It was either him or Kurt Rambis ...

Check the stats next time, cute that you jumped on it so quickly though.

If you wanna remind me everytime it could be wrong you should allow me to remind you everytime it could be right (like today)

Going the premature crow, that sounds eerily familiar.

Wouldn't take it personally, was clearly a prescient jab at LeBron's talent evaluation.

Win some, you lose some.

With a team like the Knicks I also wonder how much influence Dolan has

Undoubtedly some, albeit I'd be surprised if he had much input into actual player recruitment. He's a buffoon, but he tends to make bad upper management decisions above all else.

Phil Jackson's problem is that he always believed he's the smartest guy in the room. Imposing Derek Fisher and the triangle offence on the Knicks was pig-headed to put it mildly. And for a guy who built his reputation on managing egos, he sure chose some clumsy and ill-advised methods to mediate in-house matters in New York.

Lonzo has a Kidd statline against the Bucks. Appropriate :thumbsu:

Against the great Eric Bledsoe no less.

Jackson has been great, Booker however has been just aggressive. going at our bigs at every oppotunity and pulling up

TJ "Midrange" Warren seemed to really pick you guys apart, from the little of the game I saw.

I think you guys had 19 offensive boards!

Booker kept Jimmy to 5/17 shooting? Off night or Booker is making gradual improvements?

The 9 boards and 6 helpers from Booker are pretty hand as well.

Butler is very, very off offensively, has been all season so far. It's good he knows how to get to the free throw line because it's the only way he's scoring at the minute.

Booker however impressed me defensively, I had him pegged as, well, a garbage defender but I thought he was pretty good on that end.

He's making improvements but I've struggled to see full games so have relied on the assessments of others, so I'm glad to hear it from you.

Chriss had some nice blocks as well.

Confused as to why Teague was guarding Booker in a play down the stretch, where Booker went iso and hit a 10 foot baseline jumper over him?

Really does remind me of Cedric Ceballos, only without the FIGJAM attitude.

He hates the interviews and tries to run from the media. He just scores so efficiently and is one of the best movers off the ball I have seen in a Suns uniform. He'd average 30 a game if he was playing with Steve Nash.

I'm confused about most things that happened in that last ten minutes, this was no exception.

I've already posted a UrinatingTree video in the NFL forums, so here's a nice educational insight into the Knicks

Top of the Northwest division, didn't expect to see that at all this season.

That touch pass from Jokic today was unreal.

Not only was he not looking, but he hit the shooter (Barton?) right on the chest.

Josh Smith has been waived by the New Orleans Pelicans.

Smith was signed on Oct. 28th by the Pelicans using the hardship exception.

Smith played in China last season.

Nearly two weeks worth of Smoothies for the great man
