Phelps toying with the 100 fly heat. Not even top 4 at the 50. Turns it up a gear to finish 2nd.

The Aussie girl got 2nd in the K1 Slalom but later on review a 2 sec penalty down to Bronze.
Might as well challenge it now but she did well to medal after the Silver in London.
The margins for error are so minute though.

Jess Fox did do well to claim bronze but she is the No.1 in the world so im sure she might be a little disappointed but that sport is surely the most haphazard.

The changing water, the wind moving the sticks around you have to go through, a slight change in current, a slight blow of wind that doesnt happen to someone else and it's over. The variances are huge in Kayaking compared to something like swimming.

So a good effort to get Bronze.

Chalmers was impressive, only 18.

Is that hot british chick still riding on the track or has she retired?
