Losing to an African/Middleeast team is not ideal.
Like the senior team dropping games to random nobody asian nations.

This is why IMO the A-League should just serve as a breeding ground with a focus on developing Socceroos either at home or in prep for Europe. It will never stand alone as a respected world league. We've got to employ coaches that have this as a focus.
