The Ustase were far-right Nazi supporters and a small section of the Croat community see them as a source of national pride. Not surprised at last night, clubs suxh as Sydney United were a key factor in the demise of the old NSL. The FFA just needs to not admit them to the new second division, but they're not exactly known for foresight.

The chant was definitely a large section of the Sydney United fans. The far right have used it but many Croatians see it as patriotic. The Nazi style salute looked like it was a very small minority. Maybe more raised fists?

i've just never understood the love for people who's only claim to fame is they murdered lots of people who couldnt or wouldn't fight back. and then when faced with people who could they ran. something wrong in the head if those sorts are your idols.

Haha I was just being facetious. They’re the best two right-backs in the world for mine. I don’t think James would dominate as much in our side, our whole game plan revolves around getting Trent on the ball, I don’t think James is at that level offensively to be able to dictate a game for us to the same degree but he’s still elite in his own right.

James is probably better defensively but Trent is still a good defender despite the narrative around him.
