BLM enjoys racism continuing, just like charities are happy that hunger and poverty continue to be a thing. Otherwise how would they make all that sweet sweet cash?
Charity scams are very common so thanks for proving my point.

From my perspective saying "BLM is from a radical ideology that has an agenda of societal destruction" is a bit of a nothing statement without something backing it.

Pretty sure the message of BLM is simply that, Black Lives Matter.

It's a true enough statement. Let Marcellus Wiley explain it. BLM organisation is more concerned about transgender twaddle than improving the black family unit which would improve black communities in a positive way.

Thank god for random people on Twitter being the voice of reason

Ah got it, so even though it's disconnected from BLM, the "vibe" still means that taking a knee is linked to BLM. So when you said you would support taking the knee if it was disconnected from BLM, you were being disingenuous and really you're just against taking the knee full stop because it's intrinsically linked to BLM. Got it.

Taking the knee as a form of protest originated with Colin Kaepernick then later became a symbol for the BLM movement. Although the Premier League has taken the BLM badges off the shirts, the players taking the knee is still a gesture of support for BLM. Peter Drury tells me so every game he commentates on. Harry Kane says so too. England captain Harry Kane says Premier League players should continue to take a knee before matches in support of the Black Lives Matter movement.

Is Kaepernick a BLM employee?

I don't know. What's your point?

Uh, if the kneeling originated with him then it's not intrinsically linked with a decentralised movement. Thought the point was pretty plain to see.

I agree BLM is a decentralised movement. Kaepernick made a symbolic gesture and most supporters of BLM later latched onto it, including the Premier League players. Or maybe the Premier League players do it because they saw it on Game of Thrones?

If only the PL and EFL were supporting an independent movement like, I dunno, Kick It Out or something.

Then people like Gosh would jump on board right?

Kick It Out is something everyone can get behind.

BLM is divisive because of the political views that are associated with it.

Millwall players will not take a knee before Tuesday's Championship fixture against QPR but will stand arm-in-arm in a "show of solidarity for football's fight against discrimination".
It comes after some Millwall fans booed the players taking a knee before Saturday's defeat by Derby at The Den.
Players of both teams will collectively hold up an anti-racism banner.
Millwall's regular shirt sponsor will be replaced with the logo of anti-discrimination body Kick It Out.

The Millwall Supporters' Club said the booing was not motivated by racism, but instead in opposition to the political views held by the Black Lives Matter organisation.

Oh look, fans view taking a knee as a gesture symbolic with supporting BLM and want nothing to do with it. Looks like the “vibe” is actually the reality.

The Premier League detaching themselves from BLM is good enough for me, but I completely understand why people want the knee gone all together.

BLM really is a stain of an organisation. Glad the Premier League wised up.

Guess we’ll just have to go with the “vibe” that it’s racist then...

So Millwall fans did not boo as their players refused to take a knee for BLM. They loudly applauded this though...

Anyone want to put their hand up and admit they got this one wrong?
