Putting in Jurgen Klinsmann who played one season in the PL, but leaving out two time PL POTY Nemanja Vidic is why you don’t trust Americans when it comes to football lol.
Their list sould just throw Salah at 50 if they are already going to be that silly. He carried Liverpool through successful (and very close runners up) PL + CL campaigns after the club had been on a dire stretch. 4th on the all time PL goal scorer list, playing as a right winger. His run grew Liverpool into a strong side (obviously Klopp is the other central factor) and the second he declined they have struggled.

Everyone must watch the Mata highlights from tonight's derby.

Cantona at no. 3? They are on crack.

Cantona transformed the league, especially when he came to United. I can definitely see him in the top 5.

The player who should definitely be higher (if The Athletic even are ranking the players and not just putting them in any order), is Andy Cole. 187 PL goals, 5th most and only one penalty scored.

By comparison, Harry Kane scored 213 PL goals, 33 penalties. Warne Rooney 208 goals, 23 penalties. Alan Shearer 260 goals, 55 penalties. Mo Salah 190* goals, 35 goals.

Andy Cole was seriously underrated as a forward.

Cantona was brilliant but I wouldn't even have him in the top 5 United players.

Giggs
Rooney
Ronaldo
Keane
Scholes

Here's a fun one. Jamie Carragher makes the list but Rodri doesn't.

I have never seen someone try to push something on people so hard on this forum when they could not care less.
You don't care about Mata?

Maybe. Its a bit of a struggle to get the motivation to want to go to Melbourne nowadays.

Feeling you on that mate. I am very tempted to sell up and move back to the country where I grew up as a kid. I'd have a bigger house and around $500,000 in our pocket.

I don’t know what the point of speeding is, especially in these Supercars (I assume it was) that a regular person would struggle to handle at high speeds. It’s stupid and dangerous. :(

It was that good.

Hope you get a chance to see a Chelsea legend in person before he finishes up.

I saw him when he played for Western Sydney v Western United last season. It's not every day you see a player with so many top honours in the A League. He played for about an hour and was tidy with the ball without doing anything spectacular. He's had a patchy few seasons since he left United but it's good to see him still enjoying his football and entertaining the crowds.
