No, Rodez weren’t relegated thanks to the Bordeaux supporter.
They were handed the win over Bordeaux in a match they led 1-0 when it was abandoned after 25 minutes. They finished the season in 14th place on 46 points and the 17th placed side (17-20 get relegated) finished on 45 points. So had the match been played out to completion, Rodez could have lost the match, had 3 fewer points and been relegated. So in the end, that idiot supporter saved a club from relegation and prevented his own club from getting promoted (although Bordeaux needed a 5 goal win anyway)

They made note to the fact he was drunk. Really not sure that detail is necessary. Can't speak for anyone else but I've never once felt like mocking 97 deceased people when I get drunk...
