People scoffed when I suggsted United try McTominay at CF. He's scored 12 Serie A goals this season. Whereas United ended up with Harry Maguire up front!

I completely understand fans doing it. Rubbing it in your rivals face is all part of it, I just don’t get reputable media outlets tipping in to it in such a big way.

It's infested football media. They've blurred the lines with fans and media as there's now segments on Sky, Sky News, BT sport's etc, even talksport radio where these fan channel people are guest panellists to discuss football.

I still don't know why Ten Hag allowed McTominay to get sold. It was like he was signing his own "death warrant". There were a number of times it felt like where McTominay came in clutch off the bench and rescued United points with his goals. The bad part from memory is when he then started he'd be terrible.
Yeah people like that ****ing Chelsea twat Rory having a voice to share his ****ing rubbish opinions is a disgrace, and even worse when, as you said, they are on panels with footballers etc.

Maybe Ten Hag didn't have a choice. With the Financial Fair Play regulations any player who came through the youth ranks can be sold in order to bank the whole transfer fee. Gallagher was probably the same. Mainoo might be next.

Fan channels I don't have an issue with them existing. It's no different to a message board.
Somewhere for fans to express their opinions.
Making them into football pundits is where the problem lies.

Perhaps INEOS can save some money at Utd by employing day release prisoners to serve up food at Carrington training ground. This guy would be an ideal candidate.
